Mark was born in Newport Beach in 1973, and received his Bachelor of Architecture at Woodbury University in 1997. He also studied at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, during 1995. Mark began his professional design career under the tutelage of Anthony J Lumsden. He began working at Shubin + Donaldson Architects in 1999.

Ivan Blanco got an early start in the world of design growing up in the family furniture business; a background that influenced Ivan in not only thinking about the built environment as a constructed entity but also in terms of fabrication and manufacturing. He received his B.Arch from the University of Southern California in 2002.
With the company since 2014, Dwight Bond is a long time southern California resident and licensed architect with 23 years’ experience as an award-winning project designer, senior associate and associate principal. His focus at S+D is in the commercial division where he enjoys the pace of projects ranging from mixed use, retail, housing, hospitality, office, hotel and convention centers.
